Ingredients
  • 3 (2-pounds) fresh mackerels, cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon white or black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • Lemon slices (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
  • Place fish in a baking tray, sprinkle with lemon juice, then brush all over with melted butter or oil.
  • Mix all seasoning together, then sprinkle evenly on all sides of fish. Bake seasoned fish in the middle of a preheated oven at 350�F. until it begins to brown.
  • Turn gently and brown the other side. Allow to cool off in the oven.
  • Serve hot or cold, decorated with lemon slices and parsley, and one or several of the suggested accompaniments.
