Ingredients
- 3 (2-pounds) fresh mackerels, cleaned
- 1 teaspoon white or black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
- Lemon slices (optional)
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning (optional)
- Parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- Place fish in a baking tray, sprinkle with lemon juice, then brush all over with melted butter or oil.
- Mix all seasoning together, then sprinkle evenly on all sides of fish. Bake seasoned fish in the middle of a preheated oven at 350�F. until it begins to brown.
- Turn gently and brown the other side. Allow to cool off in the oven.
- Serve hot or cold, decorated with lemon slices and parsley, and one or several of the suggested accompaniments.
